Kevin M. Nagle, the owner and CEO of Republic FC, made the following announcement about his intention to buy

Huddersfield Town A.F.C. The transfer’s completion is contingent upon governance and legislative processes.

I am really happy to report that I have reached a deal with Dean Hoyle to buy out Huddersfield Town in its entirety.

There won’t be any more comments until everything is finalised because we want to fully respect the clearance

process, which is now underway.

Nevertheless, I want to express my gratitude to Dean for all of his assistance and encouragement during this journey,

and I am forward to meet and talk to the amazing Town supporters.
