Steve Kapuadi hints at possible move to Blackburn Rovers

Steve Kapuadi, a defender for Legia Warsaw, has talked about his transfer predicament and his connections to Rovers.

In order to strengthen Valerien Ismael’s team for the forthcoming season, the 27-year-old has been linked to a move to Lancashire.

Kapuadi said that Legia Warsaw, who placed fifth in the Polish top division the previous season, had extended an opportunity to him to stay on.

The DR Congo international stated that “everything is possible” and did not rule out a future move.

When asked about the Rovers connections, Kapuadi’s center-back stated that the ship might have sailed.

“Blackburn? Perhaps that query is perhaps a little too late. “To be honest, I have very little to say,” he told TVP Sport.

“What is the status of my transfer? I have nothing noteworthy to say. While I’m in Legia, I make an effort to savor each moment of my life.

“I can attest that Legia has extended an offer of a new contract to me. Anything is possible.

“This is my second season playing in Warsaw, and I’m having fun. The subject is up for discussion.

The defender scored five goals in 43 games last season, including a header at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea in the Europa Conference League quarterfinal.
