Stoke City urged to seal transfer agreement for Leyton Orient star – He would “thrive under Mark Robins”

After Narcis Pelach left in the new year, Robins managed to lead the Potters to an 18th-place finish in the second division this past season.
The former Coventry City manager, however, has said that he had to deal with “so many hand grenades” from the previous administration during his first few months as Stoke City manager.
The 55-year-old is now getting ready to guide the team into his first summer transfer window. He will be hoping to make a lasting impression on the Stoke team and produce a team that is prepared to start contending at the other end of the second tier table starting next season.
“What is one realistic signing you’d love to see Stoke make this summer, and why?” was the question we posed to our Stoke City fan analyst, Sam Harrison.
Sam said: “In terms of one realistic signing I’d love Stoke to make, it would be if we could bring in Ethan Galbraith.
“Now, I think this might be heavily reliant on whether Leyton Orient get promoted to the Championship. They won’t want to lose him, of course.
However, may Ethan Galbraith be traded if they lose in the playoffs? Very likely. He is going to get a lot of attention, which is why I want him or believe he would be fantastic for Stoke.

“I believe Stoke has lost a versatile player in Jordan Thompson, a 24-year-old Northern Ireland international. He could play both left-back and midfield. Another versatile one is Galbraith.
“What a good player. When it comes to Stoke, Junior Tchamadeu has made the right-back position his own, which is fantastic to watch. He can play in midfield or at right-back.
“He and Ki-Jana Hoever were involved the previous season. There hasn’t been any serious competition for Tchamadeu this season. I believe that Galbraith is one of the most neat players you could have on your squad because of the way he handles the ball, his dribbling skills, and his crossing abilities.”
