Swansea stay patient as striker search goes on.

Swansea City are remaining patient in their search for a new centre-forward, as Oli McBurnie and Richard Kone appear unlikely to join the Championship club.
McBurnie, 29, has been a top target for Swansea this summer, having made his name at the Welsh club and previously played with head coach Alan Sheehan at Bradford City.
However, the Scotland international has a number of offers on the table, including from the Championship and other leagues around the world, and it would be surprising if he returned to the Swans.
Meanwhile, Wycombe Wanderers’ Kone emerged as a potential Swansea target last week, but he is unlikely to move to Wales at this time.
Swansea sold Jerry Yates to Luton Town last week, allowing fellow forward Florian Bianchini to join Portsmouth on loan.
However, despite the vacancies created by the latest in a long line of summer departures, Swansea appear unlikely to strengthen their attacking options before Saturday’s Championship opener at Middlesbrough.
Instead, their search for a new center-forward could last until the end of the transfer window, which closes on September 1.
Swansea should have at least one new face in their squad for the Boro trip, with centre-back Kaelan Casey set to join on a season-long loan from West Ham United.
They are also looking for two central midfielders, with at least one deal possible before the 2025-26 season begins, and Sheehan wants a left-sided defensive option to back up Josh Tymon this summer.
Swansea signed five players during the offseason, with Swedish midfielder Melker Widell joining as a sixth newcomer after his January transfer was agreed.
However, 15 senior players have left the club this summer, with winger Josh Ginnelly looking likely to leave after being a fringe figure in pre-season.
