Celtic and Adidas have announced a historic long-term renewal of their collaboration, which is reportedly the largest in Scottish football history.
Adidas and Celtic have agreed to a ten-year deal that will greatly increase the club’s commercial profits. The news was made public just days after the Hoops won the Scottish Premiership for the fourth time in a row.
According to RecordSport, the arrangement is worth well over £30 million, breaking the terms of the club’s previous record deal with Adidas, which they signed in 2020 after switching from New Balance.
Adidas will continue to be Celtic’s official shirt supplier for the ensuing ten years thanks to this historic agreement, which also highlights the team’s growing global recognition and commercial power.
The Scottish champions are ranked with Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and Manchester United by the German powerhouses, who have made it obvious that they consider Celtic to be one of their elite club partners.
Since partnering, Adidas and Celtic have produced a number of well-liked uniforms and memorabilia, including some of the best-selling home and away uniforms in the team’s history.
The announcement couldn’t have come at a better moment for Celtic supporters, who are anticipating another Champions League campaign and a possible Treble.
