Three Bristol City players that could follow Liam Manning to Norwich City ahead of becoming their new manager.

When you perform at a high level, other clubs will want you.
Bristol City learnt this the hard way, just weeks after suffering a crushing play-off defeat at the hands of Sheffield United.
Liam Manning appears to be on his way to Norwich City, with a deal almost completed that will see him move from Ashton Gate to Carrow Road for the upcoming Championship season.
Manning worked wonders with Bristol City before they were humbled by the Blades, and many will be surprised to see him leave a team he led to the top six for a midtable finish.
The 39-year-old, who was born in Norwich, will return to his hometown and hopes to bolster his squad with familiar faces.
With that said, EFL Analysis has identified three Bristol City players who could follow Manning to Norwich this summer.

Max O’Leary — Keeper
Sheffield United may have hammered Bristol City, but don’t let that take away from Max O’Leary’s outstanding performance for the Robins.
Manning’s team could have missed out on a top six spot without O’Leary, and he will be in high demand regardless.
Norwich need a custodian now. Angus Gunn has left, and with his contract expiring in 2026, he could be available for a reduced fee.
Rob Dickie, Defender
Norwich struggled with defence, and Rob Dickie was a stalwart at the back under Manning.
Dickie, who sits in the heart of defence, is the ideal candidate for Championship experience while still being young enough to become a mainstay in the side.
He could fill in for Shane Duffy, providing fresh legs, a threat in the opposition box, and contributing to Manning’s desired side’s spine.
Anis Mehmeti – Midfielder
Anis Mehmeti was one of Bristol City’s standout players this season, scoring 12 goals in all competitions.
The 24-year-old is likely to be the Robins’ most valuable asset, commanding a high fee.
Josh Sargent could leave in the summer, and Borja Sainz is in talks with Athletic Bilbao, so their goals will need to be replaced.
Mehmeti can help fill that gap if he has a season like he did this year, but he cannot be viewed as the primary source of goals.
