
Three charged with attempted murder after Windsor stabbing.
Windsor police have arrested a woman and two minors after a man was stabbed multiple times late Wednesday night.
At around 11:30 p.m., officers responded to Giles Boulevard East near Marentette Avenue and discovered a 37-year-old man with multiple stab wounds on his upper body. He was rushed to the hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
Police discovered that the man had been assaulted at a nearby house. He made his way back to Giles East and dialled 911.
Three people were discovered a short distance away and arrested without incident. Police say the suspects and victim knew each other.
A 34-year-old woman, a 16-year-old, and a 17-year-old are all charged with attempted murder. The teenagers cannot be identified under the Ontario Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The charges were not proven in court.
