Three individuals were killed on Tuesday after reports of gunshots erupted at a hair salon.
The police stated that they are “investigating the incident as a murder”. Police stated that they had received “several calls from members of the public to report noises that sounded like gunfire.” Officers soon learnt that several people had been injured.
“Several people have been found with injuries that indicate gunfire,” investigators said.
There was no obvious indication of the motive, and the police statement had no information about the accused offender. The suspect reportedly fled the crime scene on an electric scooter. Authorities have closed off a large chunk of the city.
