Huddersfield Town have signed Murray Wallace on a free transfer from Millwall with the defender agreeing a two-year deal.
The imposing centre-back, 32, returns to the Terriers for the fourth time, having previously played for Falkirk, Scunthorpe United, and Millwall.
He is the sixth signing of the summer for new manager Lee Grant, who believes Wallace’s experience and versatility will be important to his League One team.
Wallace has 258 Championship appearances and an additional 124 in League One.
“Matt is another versatile player who’s comfortable in multiple roles across the back and who allow us to be tactically flexible and adaptable.” Grant informed the club website (external).
