Albion are keeping an eye on South Korean offensive talent Jeon Jin-woo
Winger Jeon, 25, is on Albion’s radar after a standout season for his side Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, who now lead the K League by ten points. The attacking star is also the league’s leading scorer, with 12 goals.
The Baggies are interested in the two-cap South Korean international’s services, but they have yet to make a formal bid or approach.
According to reports in Jeon’s home country, Albion made a proposal of roughly £1.3 million for the wideman, who is having a breakout season. That suggestion is considered to be premature.
According to reports, Jeon’s services are in high demand. The Far East has recently become a popular shopping destination for English clubs, particularly Championship outfits, when work permit endorsement conditions were relaxed for players arriving from leagues such as Korea and Japan. The transfer window in Korea concludes on July 24.

Reports also add. Jeon was recommended by Spurs star Son Heung-min, who is close to new Albion manager Ryan Mason.
Jeon has 16 goals and five assists in 26 outings across all competitions this season. Meanwhile, the Baggies are close to signing United States defender George Campbell from Montreal, Canada, for £1 million.
As has been the case this summer, one notable sale is expected to bankroll Albion’s signings for head coach Mason, as the club strives to remain profitable and sustainable.
