Wolves Willing to Pay £30m to Sign 26 G/A Star for Vitor Pereira

According to Caught Offside, Tim Kleindienst, who has had an incredible season for Borussia Monchengladbach, is being pursued by Wolverhampton Wanderers.

After their prior Premier League campaigns, Wolves appeared destined for another relegation struggle this season. In late 2024, Gary O’Neil was fired as head coach of Wolves after a successful first season in command. At the time, Wolves was in the bottom three and giving up far too many goals.

Wolves brought in Vitor Pereira to replace O’Neil, and the Portuguese manager has led a spectacular comeback at Molineux. Under Pereira’s leadership, Wolves have risen out of the bottom three and can now look forward to the upcoming campaign since they have ensured their safety.

Wolves will, no doubt, have to invest, particularly if Matheus Cunha exits the club. It would appear, however, that the Midlands side already have a forward target in mind.

Wolves are interested in Tim Kleindienst, a striker for Borussia Monchengladbach, according to Caught Offside. Kleindienst joined Gladbach in the summer of 2024 after spending three years at Heidenheim. He has had an incredible first season with the team and, as a result of his play, made his debut for the German national team.

Tim Kleindienst 24/25 Season Stats So Far
Competition Appearances Goals Assists Minutes Played
Bundesliga 30 16 9 2,655′
DFB-Pokal 2 0 1 180′

Kleindienst will turn 30 this year and as such, is inside the prime years of his career. Wolves’ interest is more than reasonable, as Kleindienst would offer some fantastic competition to the likes of Jacob Strand Larsen in Pereira’s team.

According to Caught Offside, Monchengladbach would pay between £25 and £30 million for their star striker. If the team doesn’t make it to the European tournament, Kleindienst might have to be sold, and obviously, there are teams waiting for him if that happens.

Wolves showed interest in Kleindienst last winter, and it makes sense that they are still interested. The Premier League is so alluring that Wolves might be able to persuade the striker to join, which would be a fantastic addition to the team.
