Two men have been sentenced after an attempted murder in Dundee in 2024.

A 38-year-old man was found seriously injured in Strathmartine Road, Dundee on Tuesday, July 9 having been deliberately struck by a car.

Marley Williams, 25, was jailed for seven years and four months at the High Court in Edinburgh on March 19, 2025 after previously pleading guilty to attempted murder.

Jaden Robertson, 20, was sentenced to 28 months imprisonment at Dundee Sheriff Court on Thursday, May 1, 2025 after previously pleading guilty to assault to severe injury.
