Under Alex Golesh, Auburn has built significant recruiting momentum, securing seven Class of 2027 pledges in June. That total rose to eight on Sunday, highlighted by a standout defensive lineman from Charlotte.
Nate Kamba, ranked as the No. 32 defensive lineman nationally by 247Sports, committed to the Tigers following an official visit. He is the 18th player to join a class currently ranked 12th in the nation.

Listed at 6-foot-4 and 200 pounds, Kamba is being recruited as a defensive lineman but has also played on the offensive line. He is the second DL commit in Auburn’s class, joining Donivan Moore.
June has proven exceptionally busy for Auburn. The flurry began June 1 with pledges from St. Louis running back Kingston Miles and Florida kicker Noah Ash. The next day, South Carolina cornerback Aidyn Wiggins and top-five linebacker Isaac McNeil both committed.
On June 8, two more players joined: Chance Gilbert, the nation’s No. 8 safety, and offensive lineman Reed Ramsier, ranked as the No. 18 interior OL. Then, on June 10, Maryland edge rusher Rion Jackson announced his commitment to Auburn.
