Collin Klein Poaches a 4-Star Safety from Georgia as K-State’s Recruiting Train Keeps Rolling

It’s just another day, and the Kansas State Wildcats (Shop K-State) have added yet another new football recruit. The team kept up its strong recruiting momentum on Wednesday, earning a commitment from their fifth prospect in the past week. Under new head coach Collin Klein, K-State’s 2027 recruiting class has now grown to 15 members. According to 247Sports, the class currently ranks 31st nationally and 4th in the Big 12.

The newest addition is London Goggans, a 6-foot, 180-pound safety from Loganville, Georgia, who announced his decision to play for the Wildcats. Goggans is rated a three-star prospect and held scholarship offers from a notable list of schools, including Arizona State, Arkansas, Florida State, Indiana, Maryland, Miami, Oklahoma State, Purdue, and several others. He committed to K-State following a weekend recruiting visit to campus.

Goggans joins a recent surge of commitments for K-State. On Sunday, defensive back Logan Davis, offensive lineman Brayden Harris, and interior blocker Kelvin Eiwo all pledged to the Wildcats. Defensive back George Murray followed on Tuesday. Although K-State lost touted recruit Julian Elzey to Georgia Tech this week, the team’s recruiting class continues to expand.
