Per the 247 Sports Composite, Proctor is ranked No. 598 nationally, the No. 57 safety in the country, and the No. 70 overall prospect in Georgia.

This summer, Proctor has several official visits scheduled: Florida State from June 5–7, Pittsburgh from June 11–13, and Kentucky from June 19–21.

Last season, Proctor guided Gainesville High School to a 12-3 record and a berth in the Georgia Class 5A state championship. Though primarily a safety, he also took snaps at outside linebacker, demonstrating defensive versatility and physicality.

Proctor’s length, zone coverage skills, and closing speed make him a compelling defensive prospect. His long strides enable him to cover ground quickly, disrupt passing lanes, and track the ball effectively in the air.

If Kentucky secures a commitment from Proctor, he would bolster an already strong 2027 secondary class that includes four-star safeties Marquis Bryant, Tristin Hughes, and Larron Westmoreland, as the Wildcats continue to prioritize size and athleticism in their defensive backfield.
